The guests have access to the 2 pools in the property (one of which may be heated upon request), the outdoor Jacuzzi, the beautiful gardens that surround the Villa and the gym, while the Hammam facilities are available upon request. The outdoor dining area is situated right above the pool and offers a truly astounding view of the Aegean sky and sea. The suites feature rustic furnishing and spacious balconies or verandas.

The pool level hosts 1 en suite double guest room (independent entrance), the outdoor dining area, the BBQ/Italian oven area and the main pool. The Jacuzzi level hosts 2 en suite double guest rooms (independent entrances) and the Jacuzzi. The Hammam level hosts 1 en suite double guest room (independent entrance), the gym and marble Hammam facilities (use of the Hammam facilities only upon request/extra charge), 1 guest WC and the second pool which may be heated upon request (extra charge).

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
