Spread over the 38.000 sq.m. estate, each of the luxurious villas sports a pool, distinctly inspired decoration (by Alberto Pinto), satellite TV and Wi-Fi. Back-up generators and water purifiers, 24/7 CCTV monitored grounds (at the periphery), a private jetty and a helipad are available to guests, while chefs, butlers, extra cleaning and catered services can be arranged to never stop.
Villa ASL-9 is nestled on the edge of the Agios Lazaros – Mykonos private 11 Luxury Villa estate seafront and enjoys an uninterrupted view of the islands of Delos and Rhenea over a majestic drop to the sea, offering the picture-perfect Mykonos sunset.
The world-renowned designer, Alberto Pinto, intended the white-washed indoors and minimal designs to distract guests from the overpowering natural beauty of the island, and the white upholstery is intended to complement the island’s unique Cycladic architecture. The curved walls and seating arrangements blend in seamlessly with the Mykonian style, where 90-degree angles are all but absent. In contrast to the interior, the exterior of Pinto’s designs draw upon the magnificent, fiery-colored, stone-chiseled walls and broad flagstones to blend into the natural zeitgeist of the island’s wild-side, offering up an uninterrupted frame from within which to view Apollo’s birthplace, Delos, and the myriad of Cycladic islands scattered beyond it into the distance.
Villa ASL-9 boasts an outdoor BBQ and an outdoor dining area overlooking a magnificent view of the infinity pool that appears to flow off into the sea. There are sunny & shady (all day long) areas in front of the 83 sq.m. infinity pool that flows off into the Aegean horizon and you are still less than a two-minute walk to the sea (still within the estate).
Villa’s main entrance opens into the living and dining areas and to the open-plan kitchen. The dining and living room areas (with fireplace) are on the right. The view to the sea is breathtaking from all three rooms. To the left of the main entrance, and upstairs, is a Master bedroom with a Super King bed with an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi, and a private balcony.
On the pool level are two bedrooms, the left one has a private entrance and bathroom. The room on the right is a suite with a sofa (this room can be closed off) and an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the outside (pool) areas. At the ground level there are 2 more bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms and 2 singles each (one is rather dark). There are also two storage rooms, a laundry room and another bathroom.
The brilliant white interiors and exteriors and the subtle tasteful decorations reflect the Mykonian-elegance the island is known for, so you can totally immerse yourself in the spirit of the island. The refurbished luxury estate has daily, complimentary maid service, so you don’t lift a finger, 24/7 CCTV monitoring at the periphery of the estate, so unauthorized people are detectable, Netflix to quench your thirst for relaxed adventure, flat-screen TVs, so everyone can watch, back-up generators to face the frequent local electric shortages, a desalination plant, so you can ignore the frequent local water shortages, and a 24/7 gate-access control. The pool can be heated for a fee.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
