The BBQ Area has direct access to the kitchen and to the indoor and outdoor dining areas.
Living Room
The Living room is in an independent building of 85 sq.m. with a view to Ftelia bay. It has a sitting area of 20pp, while it is equipped with a TV, sound system and foosball. From the living room there is direct access to the outdoor living area, the jacuzzi area and the open patio of the upper floor.
Jacuzzi Area
The Jacuzzi is for up to 4pp, it has a view to Ftelia Bay and the pool area and it has its own furnished terrace.

General Info

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
