Villa VVR-5 is situated on a hillside above Agios Sostis beach, a privileged location which provides an ultimate privacy. It offers its guests an unobstructed sea view of Panormos bay and Agios Sostis beach and within a 2-minute drive they can enjoy the crystal clear waters of the beach. It is among the quietest beaches of the island due to its location and an unspoiled area without any kind of amenities, a characteristic that creates a feeling of total freedom to visitors. The beach stretches for about 250 meters and visitors go down a small path to reach it. Behind Agios Sostis church, there is the famous Kiki’s Tavern, an amazing little traditional restaurant, which is one of the best lunch spots of the island.
The villa’s size is 435 sq.m. and extends on a plot of 4.000 sq.m. It has been fully renovated in 2019 and consisted of 3 levels, providing in total 5 bedrooms and accommodating up to 12 people (10 adults & 2 children).

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
