Located just minutes away from the popular Elia Beach in Mykonos, ELD-7 Villa is close to some of the island’s TOP venues and areas, but still has a quiet, secluded feel.
You’ll have no trouble settling in at ELD-7 Villa, simply stretch out on a lounge chair in the sun or on one of the built-in sofas on the pergola-covered terrace and let the sea breezes blow your cares away.
Take in the views across the Aegean from the deck or the free-form infinity pool. Sip a drink from the outdoor bar while you wait for local seafood to finish cooking on the BBQ and set the mood for dinner at the al-fresco dining area by flipping on the outdoor sound system. For evening entertainment, the Villa has both Wi-Fi and an overhead projector.
Laid out by a professional interior designer, Villa ELD-7 is furnished with an eye to both style and function. In both the outdoor and indoor living spaces, the traditional Greek isles look—heavy on stone, wood, stucco and pops of blue and white—gets a refined update, using a toned-down palette of soft creams, grays and greens.
But the look is still fresh and comfortable, with built-in sofas welcoming guests in the living room and a built-in banquette providing plenty of seating in the dining area.
In the fully equipped kitchen, beamed ceilings and stone walls play off modern appliances and a contemporary polished concrete countertop.
There are three bedrooms in the ELD-7 Villa’s main house, three in the first guest house and two in the second guest house, all except one bedroom in the second guest house have en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning.
A mix of double beds and two twin beds in the bedrooms offers a variety of sleeping arrangements, and kitchenettes in the guest houses give you the option of eating separately, or all together.
Your holiday starts with a Ferry to the island or a flight to Mykonos Island National Airport, 6 km from the Villa. From ELD-7 Villa, it’s just 1 km to the soft sand and clear waters of Elia Beach, but if you have a few days, it’s also worth visiting Panormos Beach, 11 km away and Agios Stefanos Beach, just under 13 km away. Plan a honeymoon-worthy dinner at an oceanfront restaurant, or an exciting night out in lively Mykonos Town, 10 km away.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
