Villa PRS-26 is a large waterfront property, near the serene beach of Agia Irini, also known as Palms beach.

Ideally located facing the spectacular Aegean sunset, Villa PRS-26 provides a unique memorable vacation experience. A blend of minimal architecture combined with the Mediterranean landscape creates a unique atmosphere beyond any expectation. The Villa is designed by the architecture group REACT ARCHITECTS using elements of the surrounding scenery, as well as contemporary architecture to create and frame views of the endless sea and the movements of the sun. In a poetic moment architecture and scenery create an initiation to the summer leisure.

The property consists of two houses and two studios.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date

If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.

*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.

The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.

Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
