This 400sq.m. (4000sft) 2-story Villa has 3 Master Suite Bedrooms with a King-sized bed in each room and 1 Guest room with a Queen-sized bed, all with unobstructed views of the Med-Sea. It also has 4 fully-equipped bathrooms. We also have up to an additional 3 Queen-sized Sofa-beds that sleeps up to 6 adults and one Guest Studio with double bed and a fully-equipped bathroom. A huge Living Room and Entertainment area, including 2 full-service Bars (Fully Stocked by Request). Very large Kitchen and Dining area. And there is not one room in the Villa that doesn’t have an amazing view of the Med-Sea. The upper level has a very large wraparound Balcony overlooking the entire backyard and Med-Sea.
It also has 2 Pools, (1- Infinity Pool overlooking the Med-Sea and another Pool that also doubles as a Gigantic Jacuzzi that can hold up to 40 People, with a full view of the Med-Sea). There is a huge covered Patio area, that has another full-service Bar, Refrigerator, BBQ and dining area and of course, all have a direct view of the Med-Sea. *BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
