The large swimming pools that are divided into two levels are the perfect spot for you to spend the day with your loved ones. Enjoy the sun, or sit and relax in the lounge area and after that, you can have your breakfast-lunch or dinner in the sitting area. Enjoy your dinner under the starlight sky. What else can you ask for? Moreover, pretty close to the pool, you will find a gas BBQ space which can only mean, food-cocktails-party and friends! Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated free of charge for October, April till 15 May, upon request by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26-27°C depending on weather conditions. From the 1st of November till the end of March, the pool can be heated at an extra cost of 70€ per day. We request three days’ advance notice for this facility.

General Info
*Villa features & offered services included in this price are described in details, in website’s ‘’Villa features’’ section.
*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
