Entering Villa CHV-20 on the ground floor, you will find a spacious open-plan area that contains the living room, a fully equipped kitchen with all the needed electrical appliances, an indoor dining table and an exit to the veranda. In the living area, there is a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. On the same floor, there are three bedrooms, a bedroom with a large double bed and ensuite bathroom and a bedroom with two single beds which can be converted into a double bed with an ensuite bathroom. For guests who have mobility needs, there is a suitable bedroom with a double bed and a communal bathroom.
The outdoor area of Villa CHV-20 has a garden covered with grass with a 50 sq.m. swimming pool, there is a dining table, sunbeds, and umbrellas. Feel safe for your kids, as there is a specific place in the pool for them. There is also a parking space for 6 cars. The whole outdoor area is totally private and fenced.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
