CHV-6 is a three-storey Villa consisting of 7 bedrooms, one of them with bunk beds. On the lower floor, you will find a room adequate for people with disabilities with an ensuite bathroom and a bunk for 4 persons. In the same area, you will find a gym and a Hamam. Four bedrooms are situated on the first floor, three with single beds which can be converted into double ones and one with a king-size bed.
Entering the Villa on the ground floor you will find a spacious open area with a fantastically-equipped kitchen for foodies. The area is completed with a dining and a living room with a big flat-screen smart TV with satellite channels and a projector and a PlayStation Console. Here there is also a bedroom with a king-size bed and a communal bathroom. Luxury and modern design complete the scenery of contemporary architecture and high-quality products. The neutral palette used here creates the perfect scenery for a serene getaway from the fast pace of life making your stay unforgettable. Sink into the sofa with a good book, or gather your group in the cozy dining area for an evening together.

Pretty close to the pool area there is a dining table for 16 guests for moments of relaxation for you and your family. Fire up the grill and gather together for an alfresco meal under the pergola as the stars come out one by one. Next to the pool there are sunbeds to enjoy the Cretan sun and the little things that will impress you. Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated at an extra cost by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26-27°C depending on weather conditions. We request 3-4 days’ advance notice for this facility.

General Info

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
