Consists of two areas, one with a king size bed, storage drawers, a writing desk, armchair and 37-inch LCD TV, while the other one with spacious wardrobe, a bathroom with WC and craftily designed marble paneled en-suite Jacuzzi bath tub that resembles a continuation of the outdoor olive trees. The second area is complimented with his & her basins on top of spacious bathroom furniture.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
