ELN-3, a newly built Villa of exceptional architecture, is located above one of the most beautiful beaches of Mykonos, Elia beach. The unobstructed views of Elia Beach, the Aegean Sea and the islands of Naxos and Paros, together with the comfortable outdoor areas offer guests a relaxing environment to holiday.
ELN-3 Villa has an area of 500 sq.m. and is built on a plot of land of 4.700 sq.m. It has a total of 9 bedrooms over three levels.
On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining room, a bathroom and a sauna. From this level there is direct access to the 100 sq.m. infinity pool, the covered BBQ area and a large terrace with stunning sea views.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms and three more bathrooms, with large windows and unobstructed views. A Master Suite and another bedroom with a walk-in closet are located on the second floor.
The southern exposure of the house ensures lots of light throughout the house, creating a pleasant atmosphere all day long, and protecting it from the frequent winds that have given Mykonos the nickname “Island of winds”.
Furthermore, there are two independent guest houses: one is at pool level with its own kitchen, living room, double bedroom and bathroom. The second guest house has an ensuite bathroom, sitting area and small kitchen. There are also 3 additional suites.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
