Its stellar location is very close to the beach, while still enjoying panoramic views of the Cretan Sea towards the North and the White Mountains towards the South.
Villa CRT-18 spreads on three floors, measuring a total of 200 sq.m. On the ground floor one will find an open plan layout that includes, the living space with its large sliding doors, a corner sofa, a 50” LG smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and the dining area suitable for 8-10 guests. On the same floor there is one king-sized bedroom, with direct access to the garden and pool via a balcony door, as well as a queen-sized bedroom with garden views from the balcony doors. Both bedrooms feature a 32” LG Smart TV and A/C. The last space on the ground floor is a shared bathroom with a large, glass shower cabin with granite countertop basin.
Ascending a beautiful wooden staircase, you are found on the first floor which features a master, king-sized bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. A sliding glass door leads to a very large glass framed, furnished terrace which overlooks the blue sea, Thodorou Island and the White Mountains. Taking down the stairs, one is found in the lower floor which is another great addition to the CRT-18 Villa with two extra guest bedrooms (twin & queen) and two extra bathrooms with large, glass shower cabins and granite countertop basins. On this level you will also find the complementary rooms such as the fitness room, the secondary living room, the spa room (sauna & Jacuzzi) and the laundry facilities.
Even though the Villa’s location is secluded, there is easy and quick access to the northern highway as well as the coastal road connecting Chania’s city center with Kolybari to the West and Rethymno to the East. Chania’s northern and western coast boasts some of the best and most iconic beaches of the island, which are a ‘must’ in everyone’s itinerary.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
