Villa KNL-6 is a luxurious Villa located in the beautiful area called “Kanalia”, at a distance of 10 minutes from the cosmopolitan town of Mykonos and only 5 minutes from the organized and popular “Ornos Beach” with famous beach bars and restaurants.
However, the main element that makes Villa KNL-6 unique, is the direct visibility and unobstructed view to the sea and the magnificent sunset, especially that time of the day, when the sun sinks into the sea, revealing the well-known ancient island of Delos.
Villa KNL-6 is built in two levels:
On the first level we find a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table, a living room with Smart TV and Bluetooth audio system, all placed with a view to the sea. Moreover, on the same level, there is a WC and a balcony with a view to the swimming pool and the sea.
On the lower level there are four Master bedrooms. The minimal decoration of the Villa and the designed furniture add luxurious mood, comfort and privacy.
In the outdoor area, where the swimming pool dominates, there are luxurious sunbeds, hanging swings, hammock, with endless views of the Aegean blue waters, offering relaxation and well-being. Also, in the same area, there are, under the wooden pergola, a BBQ, a wood burning oven, a large dining table, an outdoor shower and a WC.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
