Villa RVL-2 is a private residence of a 350 sq.m, located in a 1000 sq.m area in the southwest side of Mykonos, in the quiet district of Aleomandra, only 60 meters from the sea with an easy access to a private beach, which offers an amazing view to the infinite Aegean blue.
Villa RVL-2 is ideal for vacations with privacy, but at the same time it’s in close distance to the famous beaches of the island Ornos, Platis Yalos and to Chora of Mykonos which is the center of cosmopolitan nightlife.
The Villa is structured in one level which is divided in two buildings and a private parking for three cars.
In the first building you can find the living room with a corner sofa, the dining room, the kitchen and one WC, with a view to the pool and the beach. Moving along you can find four en-suite bedrooms that combine high quality decoration and luxurious garments.
In the second building you can find:
– One luxury suite (en-suite) with a living room and a whirlpool bathtub, with a magnificent view of the pool and the sea.
– One Boho suite (en-suite) with a living room and view of the pool and the sea.
– One junior suite (en-suite).
The most fascinating feature of this villa is the outside area, which is formed around the pool bar and offers the visitor every comfort, like bar with hi-fi, lounge chairs, hammocks, stone sofas, outside dining area and access to the sandy beach for swimming or transport to the closest beaches via boat.
Villa RVL-2 combines modern internal design with traditional mykonian style.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
