Designed in traditional Cycladic style, Villa OVK-1 has its own heated pool and a veranda for endless, carefree relaxing hours in the sun. At the same time, being just a stroll away from the lively market at the heart of Oia, the visitor never misses out on the beat of the street. And, on those days when the market is tempting the senses with fresh choices of fruit and fish, your fully equipped kitchen back at the Villa is ready to support a beautiful sunset meal at home.
Villa OVK-1 consists of two floors. The main level has a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area, as well as a relaxing sofa, turned into a queen bed and a bathroom. The lower level consists of the main bedroom with one double bed queen size, a big wardrobe, a sitting area with an angular sofa and another bathroom.
The Villa is fully equipped with individually controlled air conditioning and heating, safety box, satellite LCD TV, direct telephone, mini-bar, kettle with free tea/coffee, hairdryer, bath towels, pool towels, slippers, luxury toiletries and free wi-fi internet access.
A Welcome Drink is available upon the arrival. A complimentary Welcome Set with fresh fruits and snacks is also available.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
