The brand-new Villa CHV-19 is the ultimate retreat where guests can enjoy relaxation and luxury and is ideal for big groups and families, as it can host up to 14 guests. It is located in the village of Alikianos, just a few kilometers from the tourist area of Agia Marina and Platanias and the city of Chania.
Indoor facilities
Villa CHV-19 consists of six bedrooms, with double-sized beds and their smart TV, and five bathrooms. On the lower level, there are three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and on the upper level, there are the remaining three bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub and a WC. Natural materials meet modern design for a calming atmosphere that is luxurious yet comfortable with every space designed to embrace the exterior environment. On the same level, there is also a living room with a satellite TV and windows that create the illusion of transparency, a dining room with seating for 8 persons, and a fully equipped kitchen with an extra dining table and a bar with stools. The kitchen is well-organized with all the electrical appliances.
Outdoor facilities
The outdoor area is spacious and comfortable with a swimming pool, sun loungers, and umbrellas where you can sit back and relax under the hot sun. Also, there is a shaded dining area with seating for 12-14 guests and a gas BBQ where you can enjoy delicious meals with your friends and loved ones. Its beneficial location makes Villa CHV-19 a unique destination as it is located in nature, only 15 min drive from the beach. Also, it is 15 min drive from the city of Chania. This Villa is the ideal retreat to relax and refresh yourself through your stay.
Heated Pool Policy
For the season of 2023, the swimming pool can be heated at an extra cost of 75€ per day upon request by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 – 27°C depending on weather conditions. We request three days’ advance notice for this facility.

General Info

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
