Situated in a private coastal location, Villa KLV-12 has been designed with a dose of light, maritime colors and tastefully selected furniture. The house is located on the quiet South-East side of vibrant Mykonos (Kalo Livadi in the area of Ano Mera), a few hundred meters from famous beaches, such as «Blue Marlin beach». It has direct access to the private swimming cove by a staircase that takes you to a large platform with Balinese beds and a boat attached to your Villa, with its private dock.

All bedrooms are decorated and furnished in a sober Cycladian style.
King and queen-sized beds with beddings of excellent quality.
Two ground floor bedrooms with direct access to the pool.
Four sea view bedrooms (upstairs) including two with a large terrace overlooking the pool area.
All rooms in the Villa have air-conditioning and en-suite bathrooms.
General Info

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
