Two floors with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room are some of the facilities that the Villa has. All mattresses, towels and linens are from high-quality COCO-MAT.

The bedroom on the ground floor has a double-sized bed and a communal bathroom with a shower for all the guests. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, one with twin beds and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, while the rest two are with double beds and ensuite bathrooms with showers. The combination of colors and the high quality of elements that have been used in combination with the contemporary design and luxury decoration create the perfect accommodation for your vacation!

The most dominant feature of the exterior area is the swimming pool with the child session with sun loungers & umbrellas, ideal to relax under the sun. General Info
*Villa features & offered services included in this price are described in details, in website’s ‘’Villa features’’ section.
*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
