When you step into the open-air living room which is situated on the ground floor, you can kick back on the comfortable sofa after a long whirlwind day of exploring the city on foot. Pretty close to it you can get into the kitchen area where you can explore the inimitable cuisine, or enjoy your cup of coffee, or your freshly baked croissants. You will be charmed by the interior! The suite-style rooms are spread on all the floors with queen-size beds, and wardrobes. Fall into restful slumbers, courtesy of the plumbed and wake up ready to explore the area. Take a quick bath and relax in the hydro massage in the communal bathroom on the upper floor! A smooth atmosphere is provided all over the place because of the extensive use of air-conditioning! The illusion of transparency and the seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor areas is provided by the large windows.

General Info
*Villa features & offered services included in this price are described in details, in website’s ‘’Villa features’’ section.
*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
