On the entrance floor there is an open-plan living accommodation with a living area with a satellite TV, a dining area and a fully equipped, fitted, and modern kitchen for a morning coffee or croissant! Even after a busy day, gather around the dining table for a delicious feast before enjoying a movie night. A bedroom invites you to rest for the day.
When you reach the upper floor you will find 2 modern-designed bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms offering complete autonomy and privacy. All the spaces offer an indelible mark on the visitor’s heart. Villa’s location provides the perfect shelter for you and your loved ones adequate to enjoy carefree days away from your everyday life.
On the lower floor, you can also find a large living area with a satellite TV, a bedroom for two, a fully equipped kitchen and a communal bathroom. Last but not least a laundry room with a washer-dryer machine will make your stay easier and keep your clothes clean.

As the villa is located on a hill, the last 300m to reach the complex is an off-road road. We recommend using an SUV car in order to reach the complex easily.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
