The visitor’s tour alternates, depending on the time of day, between the theme bar, the fully protected pergola area, BBQ and the infinity pool. The infrastructure of the outdoor areas of the Villa, which extends to 460 sq.m., offers complete autonomy of catering and leisure services, at a hotel-grade level, while arrangement of thematic events for Weddings, Parties, etc. can be organized.
Villa FML-1 offers an outdoor gym area and hiking trails in the surrounding area.
At a distance of less than 200 m from the Villa we have the opportunity to enjoy the most beautiful sunset of the island in the surrounding area of Armenisti’s Lighthouse.
The staff of Villa FML-1 fully respects and complies with the health and hygiene conditions. Respectively, the indoor and outdoor areas have been certified by official bodies in terms of disinfection and cleanliness.
Special attention has been paid to meeting the requirements of visitors with special needs due to the creation of independent friendly accesses in all areas (such as WC special specifications).

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
