Eclectic and bold, this contemporary Villa invites you to experience the ultimate utopian hideaway. A three-storey Villa consisting of six bedrooms. It can host up to 14 people, in light-filled spaces, with a generous minimalist design and plenty of room to kick back and relax. The design and elegance are some of the things that mark every room making you feel comfort and conviviality. In the same area there is a spacious open-plan area with a fully equipped contemporary kitchen with branded appliances and facilities with direct access to the exterior area, where you can be inspired to create elaborate meals. The area is completed with a dining room and a living room with a big flat-screen smart TV with satellite channels and a fireplace. The natural tones and textures create an air of tranquility.
On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, one of them with an ensuite bathroom and a hot tub/jacuzzi and direct access to a private balcony with a pool view. On the lower level, there are 4 bedrooms, two of them with en-suite bathrooms, a gym- if you want to keep up with your fitness regime- a mini courtyard and a laundry room, three of them have direct access to a small terrace and the garden. This is the place where you get to enjoy the calmness of nature and the luxury of a home away from home!

Looking out into the ocean provides you with the privilege of seclusion and the ability to be closer to nature. Once you step outside you can admire the beautiful garden with greenery, palms, flowers and a recreational area. You can enjoy a swim in the crystal-clear blue waters of the glistening infinite swimming pool, or enjoy your time at the lounge space with the sofas while gazing at the gorgeous sunset. Pretty close to the pool area exists a dining table for moments of relaxation for you and your family, a BBQ, and sunbeds to enjoy the Cretan sun, little things that will definitely impress you. The accessibility to the sea is pretty easy, giving you the chance to enjoy the Cretan Sea. For the early risers here is the place where you can catch mesmerizing sunrises and sunsets. Don’t forget that a parking area is provided for a minimum of 5 cars.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
